Approach
- Built the admin live-monitoring console with multi-room Tencent TRTC playback, IM chat logs, viewer lists, and moderator actions (force kick/end/premium), shared across admin and production apps via a Turborepo package.
- Implemented recording review and livestream session analytics UIs—playback/detail with tags and comments, session stats, timeline charts, and consumption rankings.
- Delivered agency production-fee settlement workflows with bulk confirm/success-fail actions and EN/JA localization.
- Led Turborepo monorepo migration of the admin frontend (Next.js), extracting shared packages and aligning Docker/CI for workspace builds.
