    • Eliminated a recurring class of frontend–backend integration defects by introducing type-safe API contracts generated from OpenAPI as a team-wide standard.

    • Built Gitman, an internal Git repository management tool, from scratch with Vue.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, and MongoDB, and released it for company-wide internal use.

What I did

  • Owned end-to-end delivery from early product stages across Nest.js APIs, Next.js admin/embed UI, and AWS/GitOps (Docker/ECR, Helm, Terraform Cognito/S3).
  • Built Nest.js chat/Socket.io session flows and Redis/Bull jobs for analytics aggregation and email on MongoDB + OpenAI/LangChain.

What I did

  • Built the admin live-monitoring console with multi-room Tencent TRTC playback, IM chat logs, viewer lists, and moderator actions (force kick/end/premium), shared across admin and production apps via a Turborepo package.
  • Implemented recording review and livestream session analytics UIs—playback/detail with tags and comments, session stats, timeline charts, and consumption rankings.
  • Delivered agency production-fee settlement workflows with bulk confirm/success-fail actions and EN/JA localization.
  • Led Turborepo monorepo migration of the admin frontend (Next.js), extracting shared packages and aligning Docker/CI for workspace builds.

  • Owned GitHub Actions CI/CD for S3/CloudFront frontend deploys, ECR/ECS backend rollouts, and Liquibase database migrations across environments.
