Approach
- Owned end-to-end delivery from early product stages across Nest.js APIs, Next.js admin/embed UI, and AWS/GitOps (Docker/ECR, Helm, Terraform Cognito/S3).
- Built Nest.js chat/Socket.io session flows and Redis/Bull jobs for analytics aggregation and email on MongoDB + OpenAI/LangChain.
- Shipped Next.js chatbot configuration, knowledge-base training workflows, history/analytics dashboards, and an embeddable widget with WordPress publish flows.
